Oracle Digital Journeys Workshop
Arts and crafts for adults
This workshop was a highly collaborative tailored event designed for groups to explore, create and construct modular and flexible customer journeys using high fidelity prototype kits.
These journeys can then be re-examined to cover key aspects of digital strategies like UI and experience optimisation, internal workflow and methodology enhancements, segmentation, persona development, data-driven personalisation and the technologies that bring it all to life - all backed with real world examples and insights from expert teams.
