Canon Europe
Making it all shoppable
As a photographer and long-time lover of Canon products, I was excited to become Experience Design Director on the Canon EMEA Store project. Over the 2 years, I built up a legendary UX and design team that was dedicated to producing winning solutions.
After launching their platform in 20+ countries, our team continued to provide support by developing frameworks and repeatable design patterns for campaigns, UX processes and content creation. We worked with internal teams to become fluent in our methodologies and self-sufficient for future program phases.
In addition to the day-to-day deliverables, I also gave top-level creative guidance for internal communications in order to cultivate team collaboration at an organisational level.
